About The Project
We partnered with locally based, nationally known designer Lisa Staton to create all of the woodwork in this remodel near Sehome Hill Arboretum in Bellingham, WA. The work included:
- Kitchen cabinets
- Floating kitchen shelves
- Bathroom vanities
- Dining room table base
- Built-in closets in the primary bedroom
What We Liked About The Build
Working with nearly every room of the house at once allowed us to create pieces that were uniform and worked well together without being repetitive or out of place. All of the cabinets and vanities were made from walnut for a nice modern feel. The cabinet doors were cut in the shop side by side, allowing for all of the wood grains to flow together across the cabinetry.
We also had a chance to create a beautiful table base veneered with Oak and painted black.
